Vaibhav Group is an agriculture and biotechnology company specializing in tissue culture plant production, research, and the supply of high-quality plants across India and international markets. With over a decade of industry experience, the company operates its own tissue culture laboratory while managing teams across multiple locations.

As the business expanded, many day-to-day operations continued to rely on manual processes. Staff activities, operational workflows, inventory records, and internal coordination were managed through spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper-based documentation. While these processes supported the company’s early growth, they became increasingly difficult to manage as operations scaled.

The management wanted to modernize the organization by digitizing business operations, improving transparency, and creating standardized workflows across departments. Their objective was to reduce repetitive manual work, improve operational visibility, and enable employees to focus on higher-value activities.
